Check your ethos. If you have strong belief, and people around you believe in you, you have a good ethos. People trust you. Trust is not only given but built. Belief in Allah will increase your ethos. SQ.
After you have trust from people, you need to understand people. Pathos. EQ. You need to communicate with them emphatically.
When people feel comfort, they are able to listen to your logic or logos. You can say whatever you want – base on your integrity of mind and spiritual – that people will listen to you.
Lack of ethos will automatically deteriorate the rate of logos accepted by people. Why? Because you logic is not good anymore.
